Exchanges and Returns

Exchange Policy

As long as products are returned to us in new condition, and in their original packaging within 30 days we are happy to exchange garments for different sizes, assuming the alternate sizes are in stock. Items being exchanged must be of equal value. 

Please note that you are responsible for postage costs related to the exchange. We ask that you contact us on admin@tropicoolclothing.com.au to confirm availability of replacement sizes. If you send us an exchange and we do not have the size you want available, we will treat it as a return and refund you.

If you need the exchange quickly please purchase correct size and select EXPRESS Shipping. Then return your original item for refund.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn and undamaged goods within 30 days of recieving your purchase. Please note you are responsible for postage costs related to the return. 

Change of mind returns can be posted to:

We will credit the payment method originally used to place your order within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will cover the cost of items returned, but not the original freight charge.
